Private training is not limited to the CrossFit methodology. Whether your goals are purely aesthetic, health, rehab or performance oriented, we tailor the private sessions to your needs. The methods we use to help you achieve your short and long term goals include Functional training, Traditional training, Nutrition and more.

Payments and reservations

- All payments have to be done before you gain access to the workout areas. Payments can be done online or at the front desk.
- Registration/ Reservation for class is mandatory at least 1 hour before the session.
- Scanning or checking in via the Mindbody online app is also mandatory before class.
- For Private training sessions, cancelling 24 hr before your session is mandatory.

Postponing days: Vacation, Medical reason or other

For members on a 3 months unlimited membership or longer who have an account in good standing, we offer the privilege of postponing days missed because of vacation, medical situation or other reasons. You can postpone your missed days one time during your contract and for a maximum of 30 days. You have to advise us prior to taking your days off otherwise the postponement will start on the day we receive your request via email. No adjustments will be done afterthe facts. Only days missed are shifted and not scheduled payments. The days are shifted to your membership expiry date.

Full-time student policy (3 months unlimited membership or longer)

To qualify for the full-time student 10% discount, you must be enrolled in one of the following:

  • University or college — accredited public or private university or college (including community, junior, or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study
  • Primary or secondary school — accredited public or private primary or secondary school providing full-time instruction

You must have at least 2 months left in your current program as a student

Proof of registration required. The only 2 proof of full-time status we accept are:

  • Attestation letter you can print from your student centre or portal issued by the institution with your name, institution name, and current date
  • Opus card certificate that you can also print from your student centre or portal issued by the institution with your name, institution name, and current date

Except for what is allowed by Office de la Protection du Consommateur (see your contract), no refunds or cancellations will be granted.
For pregnancy or special medical conditions, come see us in person to make arrangements with a note from your physician.
