Jacques Ambroise (Founder/Owner)
Jacques Ambroise discovered CrossFit in 2005.
He quickly became convinced that CrossFit was the training program for him. From then on, he dedicated himself to sharing his passion for CrossFit with those around him.
Noting the absence of CrossFit-affiliated centers in Quebec and the scarcity of those in Canada, he decided to take the Level 1 certification given by CrossFit founder Greg Glassman in Santa Cruz, California. In June 2006, Jacques opened the very first CrossFit-affiliated center in Quebec, giving birth to CrossFit Montreal.
Today, his mission remains the same as it was in 2006: to share the CrossFit method with as many people as possible.
Driven by an unwavering passion for health, well-being and community, Jacques continues to spread the principles of CrossFit with the aim of inspiring and motivating those who come through the doors of his center.
