At CrossFit Montreal we train with functional movements, not with machines.
We train at high intensity for a short period of time; no long slow walks here.

Stéphanie Testimonial July 29, 2010 I started training at CrossFit Montréal 3 months ago. My daughter was 11 months at the time and I had tried everything to lose weight and it was actually more difficult then I thought. The Crossfit training helped me get in better shape gain strenght in a short time and best of all I lost 21 lbs. I still want to lose 16 lbs so I’m coming from far. I also wanna thank Jacques for the nutrition consultation that I took in June because as we know, nutrition is key. For the first 2 ½ weeks, I did not eat any bread, pasta, potatoes. No cereal, no dairy, no fruits and no alcool. It was hard but I mostly adjusted my portions. I drink water with lemon every morning, lots of water throughout the day. I eat fish, lots of vegetables, avocados, nuts, chicken and lean beef. One thing I do is drink Tropical green tea and pour it in a big ice container. It’s refreshing and has zero calories. I do this at the restaurant as well. I ask them for green tee with a big glass of Ice. At the restaurant, I ask lots of questions about the menu and I order according to what I want to eat. I have no problem at all eating out. My goal is to go down to 146lbs.
